Purchasing texts directly from our online shop means you can access new updates from the My Account section.  So, if we update a title you’ve already purchased from us, you can click on its link in the My Account section and download the new version. A log of our most recent updates is provided below.

Please note: the Update service is a free service we offer our customers.  We cannot guarantee a ‘lifetime’ service, but we strive to make the service available as long as possible.  Customers are advised to always keep a copy of their files, as this service is not a ‘Cloud’ storage service.

Please note: to check which version you have of an eBook, look for the version number at the bottom of the front table of contents, near the author’s signature.

If you have purchased an eBook directly from Amazon and there is now an updated version available, you can update your book for free. We always advise Amazon of new updates and we always upload the versions immediately to the Amazon store.  It is entirely at their discretion to notify customers of new updates. Customers can contact Amazon’s Customer Support department at the below numbers to get the updated versions without purchasing a title again. Alternatively, customers can request a refund from Amazon, delete the title from their Kindle and repurchase it again.

Please note: simply re-downloading the eBook from your Amazon account will only give you the version you originally bought.  Unfortunately, you will have to make the phone call and request a refund for the eBook you bought, so you can purchase it again, receiving the latest file version.
